Carton Scrapping

Carton scrapping refers to the process of collecting, segregating, and disposing of used, damaged, or excess cardboard cartons generated during manufacturing, packaging, or logistics operations. These cartons are typically recycled to recover paper fibers, reduce waste, and promote environmentally sustainable practices.

Process where mixed cardboard waste is collected and stored in bulk. The material includes used cartons, packaging waste, foam, and plastic, all gathered together without proper segregation. At this phase, the focus is on collecting scrap from different operational areas and temporarily storing it before further processing. It highlights the unorganized condition of raw waste prior to sorting and recycling activities.

Organized stage of carton scrapping, where cardboard has been properly sorted, flattened, and stacked in a structured manner. Only clean and reusable carton material is kept, while other waste has been separated. The stacks are arranged efficiently to optimize space and prepare the material for the next steps such as baling, transportation, or recycling. This stage reflects a more controlled and systematic waste management process aimed at improving efficiency and sustainability.
